Glad you figured out your "confusion/dilemma"

. Markings can and do play havoc with one's eye sometimes. What can be seen in Cardigans and time to time in Pembrokes too, is some knuckling which will give the appearance of one leg/wrist being larger than the other. Pems that might be a little eastie/westie in the front - kind of shows up in them.
Chloe could have a soft topline, although a part of your description; I'm not sure if you are meaning she is looking high in the rear? One question is how old is she as they do go through various stages as they are growing up and maturing out.
