Westin's birthday is tomorrow! He'll be one year old. I need to get some new pictures up (I'll do it right after I post), because he's grown quite a bit. He weighs all of 29 pounds now (and actually needs to gain about 2 or 3 pounds).
He has learned to swim all on his own
(which means I don't have to carry him into the river any more and I don't even have to be IN the river for him to stay there!)
He also is doing QUITE well loose leash walking (which I NEVER thought he'd learn to do) but we went walking in downtown Kirkland at the waterfront today and I only had to tell him TWICE to stand next to me!!!! I was such a proud mommy! (He did WAY better than my friends black lab
ha ha)
