You may feel more comfortable calling your vet - do you have one already?
A lot of vets have a calling service and they will have one of their vets call
you if they are on call for the weekend.
You just got the dogs two days ago - right? Did the breeder say that their
poop was fine at her house (the day you picked them up) - that may not
have been the case - I am not sure what else to tell you, but like I said if
you are really concerned, and you sound like you are, it is best to call your vet and get his/or her opinion.
