Oh no, I will never walk Darwin without a leash on the streets. No matter how well trained or disciplined he is. The only time he is off the leash is in an enclosed area where there is no escape. When I take him to use the bathroom just outside my house, I still put him on a leash, and will continue to. Thanks for pointing that out.
