I have always heard ( cant remember the source ) that a pup can hold thier bladder in hours as they are old in months up to 6 months.
So if if shes 3 months old she can hold it for 3 hours.
Now this doesnt really hold true for bedtime, both of mine have slept through the night after age 3 months , but we go out pretty early in the am, 5:30 am.

Gosh I seem to be rambling lol
I second the advice already given to you, I would see if I couldnt find someone to take her out at lunch.

On the days I cant come home at lunch my father in law takes the dogs out for me.
