Even if we had dog-friendly restaurants, I doubt Dudley could handle it. When he sees anyone, especially children, he will do almost anything to get to them. He also believes everyone that walks by him should pet him, so much so, that if they don't at least look at him, he will give them a "Hey, look at me!" bark. Behavior not really conducive to fine-dining
