We have a 10 month old Pembroke. She refuses to go outside by herself. If we put her out, she spend the entire time trying to get back inside. No exploring or playing on her own. This also means that she will not ask to go outside for bathroom breaks. We have to take her out regularly for that reason. Any ideas? Thanks.
