I don't think that is is unusual that she wants to come back inside with you, plus, she is still young. My dogs are 9 & 12 years old, and they do not often like to be out in the yard alone very long. Not that that don't like the yard, it's just that they would rather be with me, it might be the same for Chole, she wants to ne with you.

If you spend some time outdoors with her, while she starts to explore, she may eventually like to do it alone some of the time.

My dogs don't often ask to go outside to potty. But that is because I have them on a schedule, and I tell them (within reason) when to go. It is called teaching the dog to go on command, with a cue word.
