I live in California and am looking for a cardigan puppy. There may be some available a 2 hour drive away from me in about 6 weeks. But I also heard about Betty Ann Sealy's puppies in AR. I wanted to know from those more experienced if it is common and safe to have the puppy shipped. It sounds like most people are saying it is common.
