Hi Liz, it is common to ship. i know what you mean about going there.it is just too far. i have wanted to go and meet Betty Ann in person, and see her dogs but it is just too much of a drive (800 miles), and i think 2 days in a car is too much for a puppy. flying is quick for the baby. i have had 5 puppies shipped to me and never any problems so far. however, if you can find a cardi close to you that is great. i know the waiting is hard, as i am waiting now for mine to grow. hopefully weekend after next i will get him.
