A You rather "get rid" (kill, leave on someone's doorstep?) your human baby that you're expecting, than "get rid" of your Pembroke Corgi who I think would be much better off with a loving and caring family who definitely would never, never smack, spank or hit him.

B You allow your Pem to be shaved, You just don't shave Corgis full stop. Why own a beautifully coated Corgi just to wreck his coat. Even people who live in the hottest of climates, don't shave their Corgis. It's perposterous.

C Wallard is definitely an abused dog. If you love him as much as you say you do, you wouldn't allow any further misguided mistreatment of him. Your mother can't even exercise any motherly inclinations and ensure Wallard does not get upset in regard to food or feeding arrangements.

Find a really decent family for Wallard. Look after your daughter when she arrives with all the love you wanted people to give you, and don't let that fiend of a boyfriend get his grubby hands on the Corgi or the baby. Ever,
