How old was she when you got her? That's one thing that their Mom's will teach them not to do - so being with Mom until they are 8 or 9 weeks is good.
Both mine did it - Corgis are very vocal. I just would tell them no from the beginning and not take any guff. It may take a while she just an infant after all.
