Sweetlychee, go read the thread I started titled docking. At the time they are docked, especially with banding their senses are developed yet to feel pain. And yes I docking is banned and attempts to ban it are being pushed further.
IF you wish to continue to have docked Pembrokes in the future, then you'd better be against the legislation and let your legislators know.
