Ya know...I never knew about Puppy Mills until I found gocorgi !!
I was ignorant...I did NOT know.
** I could never breed a dog..more than ONCE ! As a mother, myself, I could NOT imagine watching my babies go. Even IF they separate the mother from her puppies....she still knows that they are no longer there ! Then, to have her body go through another heat cycle and get pregnant again...is just rough IMO.
However, I never would have gotten Midnight & Sunshine...if their mothere didn't get pregnant ! I just think that to breed MORE THAN ONCE for one individual dog....MUST BE HARD for her physically & also emotionally.
More emotionally.....BECAUSE she watches her babies go !
