www.meetup.com you can see if there are any Corgi groups in your area, or indicate that you want to be contacted if one starts up. Might want to check out this site.
There are some dog groups in my town, but no Corgi ones. My last puppy trainer knows of someone who owns a Corgi so I may get her name from her.
