Corgis love to be loose and free to run around. And they often are much better behaved with other dogs because they haven't got nervous vibes from an attached leash to a handler, to cope with. Corgis very quickly pick up the cue to come when called or in Taylor's case, to stop 'dead' when I call out "hold it."
