Chip likes me to get on the floor with him at night and play. He starts it with running around with a toy in his mouth and I toss it (if I can get it away from him) or chase him around. Anyway, when I am sitting on the floor, he will run up on my lap and I cuddle him, take the toy away from him and throw it again or we play hide and go seek around and around the house. Now Maybelle comes along and gets into the mix. She will either run after the toy I have thrown, crawl up on my lap for attention or chase Chip and want to roughhouse. Well Chip will put up with this for about 2 minutes and then he growls at her and chases her away and bites her legs etc. I really think he means business and is not playing - he wants her to leave us alone. So I have to stop playing with Chip so they will quit scrapping.
I can't play with the two of them together because the same thing happens. I just wondered if this jealousy was a corgi trait or if anyone else has similiar problems.
