I would say that you can teach a dog to make dog-like noises the way you want. So I would frequently go into a Aroooooo - especially when greeting your Corgi after being away for some time or first thing in the morning after waking up. Dogs are able to mimic and so I'm sure given time and patience, wooing to the moon like a wolf will come to Tucker.
