Hi Eric
Of course you're looking to buy a Cardigan Welsh Corgi as opposed to a Pembroke. Cardies have a rather lovely tail much like a German Shepherd. Most Pems can have a much more uppish and less grand tail if allowed to develop. At present I believe there are only eight countries in the world who bann the docking of tails - and in two of those countries the bann is partial. USA and New Zealand still allow the docking of tails which means that unless a Pem is born naturally tailess (and this does exist), all the reputable breeders dock their tails within the first five days after birth.

I don't know what "ornage coloring" means, but Cardigan Corgis have a lot more variety in their coat colors and what colors and combinations are acceptable in the showring. Think Cardies and brindle and blue merle spring to mind as well as the more usual Corgi colors of red, red & white, tri (red, white and black), sable, black & tan, fawn.

Good luck in your search for a Cardi pup near your home town.
