Nah.. we haven't had problems with him chewing parts of the house for a while now, mostly that was just when he was really young and was left alone for any amount of time. Now I am home most all the time (thought it looks like I'm going to have to go back to work soon ) and he is in his crate when I am not at home so it isn't a problem. Sometimes he just likes to carry something in from outside and chew on it in the comfort of the living room. I don't mind those so much because I can monitor to make sure he isn't trying to swallow the pieces (he never does) and then I can just pick it all up and throw it away.
