if Cody's coat is very heavy I dont think he would need any other. Emma has a heavy coat and seems to enjoy the cold
... Chloe on the other hand doesnt have as thick of undercoat so I think she would need extra protection on really cold days.
A good drying off and the blow dryer after your walks should feel really good to him.
