If you went out in -7 degrees, then you are more dedicated than I am. I would be inside. It's not the greatest to wear those face masks because they just make you sweat and who wants frozen eyeballs

I am already on the lookout for a Down stadium coat that I am going to buy for this winter that I will wear for my walking days with Cody. I don't think Cody would wear those boots at all and I have seen them in Catalogs.

I remember hearing about the 31" of snow you guys got - snow day for the school kids I am sure.

When we lived in Nebraska, we would get the strangest weather there.

I remember during the winter one year, it had been bitterly cold(we had a lake in our back yard), Anyway, after being in the teens for quite a bit, the lake was obviously frozen. Then one day, it went from 30 degrees to 70 degrees in the middle of February. My husband and son went out ice fishing in shorts and a T-shirt - don't see that very often. (the ice was about a foot thick) so it was still safe to go on. Those temps only lasted for 1 day and then it dropped way back down the next day.
