[Chip's Mom]

Chip is the same way. If it is raining, he refuses to go outside to potty. If you take him out, he lowers his ears and looks like he has been beat and runs back to the back deck. He used to go potty on the back deck when it rained but now he figures he is too big I guess. He peed in the house a few weeks back when he couldn't hold it any more and then hid under the bed all day. I worry that he will get bladder infection. When it rained yesterday, my husband carried him outside and he did go pee (he had held it for about 12 hours) and ran back to the house. I wish there was a good solution. I am thinking of buying him a raincoat and hat to see if that might help.
