Jackie is not a fan of the rain either (or water at all, for that matter). But I did the same as Emilie, kept her out until she went & then hightailed it straight back inside & dried her off. (although we don't have a yard, so we would a walk per our usual routine, except we would go back in as soon as she went) She soon caught on that, if she wants to be out of the rain, she needs to get straight to business!
