Haha, yes Fluffypants. It's still raining in NY! Fall has arrived! Well, Milo did go out to pee and we will do what you all advised - pick him up (that hefty 25 lbs of him) and put him next to the hydrant. We will continue doing this and they take him inside back home so he doesn't get drenched. After a while he should know this is the correct routine when it rains.
