Both on and off.
The lady came and got him an hour ago. I feel like crap but she was a really nice gal who is an EMT so she works with several days off at a time to spend with him. He shed all over her and she thought it was wonderful. She got him all sorts of toys and seems to be really ready for a companion. I am so glad she is trying it out. SHe has my numbers and will call me if there is a problem. I told her not to turn him over to anyone else without letting me know. I am so glad he is going with such a nice home. Thanks guys for being so understanding. I will let you know how it all goes.

I have the consolation that FIsher is still here with me. I would be distraught if I lost both my boys!

It sounds like that is probably going to work out with a happy ending for Boots. Hopefully this woman will love him and give him a great home, and you won't have to "start over". Keep us posted!

Sounds very promising and has all the makings of a happy ending. Wishing Boots the best in his new home even though I know how hard it is on you.

This sounds very promising. I hope it works out and this is a fantastic home for him.

I know it's hard, very hard.
Hugs,
Peggy

I think it sounds like it can be a good place for him. I'm sure he will be loved. Give Fisher a hug. You need one too.

Well I am waiting to see how the first night went. Fish and I spent every sec together last night. It was like he knew mommy needed him!
