In short, yes. A dog sneeze is not the same as a human sneeze in that there is usually no need for concern or in any spreading of germs. I had two Corgis who played the sneezing game - I would sneeze and they would sneeze - and so on and on. The more violent my sneeze the more so were theirs. With some dogs, rolling on their backs or reverse does things to their air passage which in this case, creates the sneeze. Of course pollen in the air can induce sneezing from dogs.
