That's a good idea. I'll have to try and find the new landlord's number. The previous previous property owner is a real estate pro, and owned the property as a rental. He sold this Spring to another real estate guy...who unfortunately lives out of state, in California. But I'd expect the new owner would have a local property management company for any tenant repairs/problems.
