The FRAP Video - 01-08-2007, 07:46 PM

We had just come in from a walk a little while ago and a FRAP broke out!

Rupert even managed to get himself involved. Jemma FRAPS every day a couple of more times, sometimes alone, sometimes Rupe joins in and sometimes our cat Tucker joins her.

I have a hallway that goes the length of my apartment so they can run from the end of the diningroom down to the end of my bedroom - it's a good length. The best seat in the house is the bathtub as all you see is a little area as they run back and forth.

When this brokeout tonight - I grabbed my digital and sat down in the little hall leading to the bathroom and captured them doing a pretty good FRAP. I apologize for the shaking camera, but I was killing myself laughing and trying not to make any noise on the camera. Rupert is the one making all the noise - Jemma is a silent FRAPPER - enjoy!!!

That is just the very best !! Love Rupert's sound effects, and all the heavy breathing and the thundering of eight corgi feet. The speed of frapping I always find quite amazing, and they never collide with any obstacles. Rupe peeking round the corner is so delightful, and Jemma ending the Frap in that sudden down position is just so typical. Definitely makes me wish I had a companion for Abby.

Looks like Rupert is definitely a momma's boy--always checking in to make sure you are still there That video is hilarious and I was cracking up the whole time...even had to show it to my husband who also loved it! I guess I'll soon hear the pitter patter of eight corgi feet as well. Dudley is quite the FRAPper by himself so I can't imagine how he'll be with a buddy!

Ditto what Cheryl said. I made hubby get up off of couch, stop watching football, and watch the video. Did Rupert run into the camera?

Pretty good FRAP, there! Thanks for sharing it. And - I must add - that Rupert IS looking trim.

Andy and Rhys got into some good FRAP sessions in the backyard at my Mom's house - but I was too busy watching and laughing to film any!

Very funny Deb,

They were running so fast - I had a good laugh especially how Rupert would be chasing Jemma and then she would be after him. I thought for sure one of your cats would have joined in - thanks for posting that.

I'm glad you all got a chuckle out of our video. This happens at least once a day - Jemma loves to FRAP, and even when Rupert was on his own, he would do the same thing. This is one of my favourite things about having two of them. Tucker, the cat, won't join in when it's the two of them as he ends up getting run over by someone at some point. He'll FRAP with Jemma and I'll try and catch that, if I can.

No, Rupe didn't quite run into the camera, but he is Mommy's boy and keeps on coming to me to save him. As you can hear from all the noise he makes - he loves this game. I'll have to post the photo I took half an hour later of them both flaked out in bed together! All the playing they do has helped Rupe get his weight off.

Hee hee, Emilie - it is so much more fun with two! Andy is FRAPping by herself right now! (She keeps jumping at Rhys trying to get him to join, but he's too busy with a bone) Andy generally ends her FRAP sessions with a frantic roll on her back, then she just quits - it's cute. Rhys generally ends by getting a drink.

I'm glad they can keep themselves occupied today - I stubbed one of my toes while I was on the phone with the vet yesterday and it's now swollen and purple. Good excuse to do nothing, I guess (except it hurts).
