And it is my Jake! The show is "Explorer: Science of dogs" and it show re-airs Wednesday the 22nd
National Geographic Channel TV Schedule - Explorer: Science of Dogs [TV-G]

I have only watched the last 2/3rds of the show, because I flipped to
it when it looked interesting. I had no idea that it was the show
that they filmed Jake for last spring at the Chicago International
show, and I started shrieking when the picture of him popped up.

Anyway I know Jake has a cameo, while they are talking about dog DNA,
and then another real nice cameo at the end, where he gives beautiful
ears (and the credit for that pose goes to Cindy Storz his handler).
They've got a couple of side shots shuffled in throughout. I don't
know that they actually talk about corgis because I haven't seen the
entire show but Jake is there nonetheless.

Saw the show and being a cardigan owner I noted the various pictures of the Cardi when they referred to the numerous number of breeds. If I recall, the cardi was brindle. There were no verbal references to the Cardigan on the program.

Yes, he's brindle. You can see more of him here...

He gave lovely ears at the end. I did find it a bit humorous because they were asking if we'd bred dogs to "love" us, and that was the point at the end where they flashed him on the screen giving very adorable ears. Of course that didn't have anything to do with "love" at all either, his handler has trained him to do it, but it does look pretty awesome.
