Well I was not going to do the CGC test with Libby but she said she felt left out that Abby has her CGC now and she wanted one too. I think Libby has a cass of keeping up with the jones.

Thanks it is really hard to listen to a 10 month old but she keep saying that if a 9 month old could do then she should at least have a chance.

If the local city council where I live brings in a substantial reduction in annual registration/licence dog fees of 30% to 50% per year, Taylor and I will do the CGC. I have been told that we would not have to go through the basics ie we can skip a lot of the programme, because Taylor is advanced in acceptable behaviour. So the fees will not be as much.
The CGC programme here is designed for dogs 12 months and over because at 12 months, the majority of dogs and dog breeds are considered sufficiently mature (adult) to have formed set behavioural patterns.
