The Direction listed are good....

More specific ones...

- Follow Route 1 North down State Street through Portmouth.
- Before going over the bridge into Maine - Bear right.
- Take the first right onto Marcy Street.
- Go past Prescott Park/Strawberry Bank.
- Take your first left - I believe is is Pierce Island Road.
- Go over the bridge, past the playground, past the pool.

I would propose to meet in the vicinity of turnaround at the end of the road. The area is flat with a good play area with plenty of parking adjacent to the play area. There is also very little traffic in the area. There are also some short trails in the area if anyone want to head out there with their dogs.

Angus, Woody, Sadie and Andy are all still going to give this a try. Anyone who's interested, please join us.

Sorry but I found out that several others would rather wait and go on the rain date which is next Sunday. It's a 30-40 minute drive for us so we're going to wait until next week too in hopes of having more company then.

Colbycorgi - hope you can join us then.

John, I am pleased that someone will be going up to Pierce Island and greet possible drop ins. There may be some corgi owners who didn't get our message. I was thinking of doing that myself, but thought we may have reach everyone.
Let us know what you find up there? Jane

John: I thought I deleted this after I saw your last post.
