We were just there today. We hope to make it on the 10th. There are some agility items and water buckets and a hose for the dogs. Also, plenty of room to spread out. There were many dogs there over the weekend and alot today too. Both big and small pups. The people were nice. There are a few picnic tables and some areas covered from the sun also. Hope people can make it and everyone enjoys it.

Well..you twisted our arm...like I said, we are surely going to try and make it...even if its just me and Colbs...it all depends if its boat weather for Daddee and how far along mummy is in her "crummy school work" as the end of 4th grade is fast approaching...but I am sure we'll be there...its only a few hours out of one lousy day after all mummy!!! LOL

Not much action on this site today so it may be the right time to put in a reminder of the Derry NH playdate June 10th.
Will Colbycorgi give further directions to the dog park? Can you give directions from North, East? So nice that Sheree can make it this time with Miss Kara, and friends. And everyone can see the handsome Zachary, of Lovemycorgi fame. We have not heard from John and Sam Iwan for a while and their neighbor Judy? If they are checking in here will they please say they will be joining us? |

I will be happy to post directions, let me just think up the easiest...
not in any way implying that you all are anywhere near as bad as I am with directions, gotta love my GPS...it goes great with my ADD.... Its not all that hard to find, I just want to be sure people dont get lost, i know it drives me nuts when i am in an unfamiliar area...  i'll endeavor for this evening as the rest of the week is busy and Colbster is going on his second camping trip of the season for the holiday weekend...if last weekend spent as a drowed rat counts and the lake was too cool to jump in so we were not a happy camper on daddee's boat  Looking forward to meeting all these new friends and seeing doggies from last time...we had such a fun time.... Heres a few ways to get there....
From Rt 93 N or S to exit 4 N- right S- left 1.5 mile towards Derry Right onto Ford Way Aprox 1.5 miles on Right side is the park.... From rt 28 at rotary get on 102 W go approx 3 miles through center of town at first set of lights, take left onto Ford Way...dog park on right.... listen for the woofs if anyone needs specific directions, just shoot me an email and i'll set you up... hope this helps...happy long weekend...we're off to the lake.... Hey all,
We just went to the dog park this week on Thursday and there was a notice that the park would be closed on Friday, the 8th "for improvements". I am not sure what they are planning to do to spruce it up but I am sure that it will be just as great as usual....just hope it wont be too hot.... Looking forward to seeing everyone there....let me know if anyone needs any more help with directions....have a great week till then.... Sheree was kind enough to send me a review of the Derry Dog Park. I tried to cut and paste it but somehow didnt' work.
The man said the park is clean and fenced. There is a pool in the summer and tables and benches he gave it a five star rating. |

Perhaps the pool is part of the "rennovations", although there was a plastic pool the other day...hhmmm???....Jane, do you still have the link to the review??...i'd be interested to read it too....thanks
