Sorry, don't know of any in Orange County, but there is a corgi meetup group that meets monthly in various dog parks around San Diego county:
The San Diego Corgi Meetup Group (San Diego, CA) - Meetup.com There is usually a good turnout (30-50) people; some members do come down from south OC, I believe.

corgi groups in N Orange County
I also live in Northern Orange County and can't find any Corgi groups. I checked out the group in San Dieg and plan to attend the July 21 meeting. We can't wait to see our guys with many other Corgis.
