"2 When we reach 500 members - which will not be long now - the Go Corgi administrator will "paint" a picture for members of just how Go Corgi works, who is its parent body, who owns it, other components of the total organisation, financial aspects etc.
Stephen is not the only administrator of Go Corgi. I doubt very much if any of the Go Corgi administrators have ever owned a Corgi. It is not the point of their involvement." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just to clarify, My reference to the July 8th post had to do with this statement posted by the Moderator on July 8th |

As a new member who is becoming slightly addicted to this site, I too have questions. I have never belonged to a webring, don't know how it works and feel like I'm completely stumbling through it. It would be so much more encouraging if there were some sort of picture "painted" as was stated would happen. I'm sure people are quite busy with other aspects of their lives, but it would be nice to see some beginnings of this process. It also seems that only particular members post and/or pay attention to other members' posts, but that could be because they are more acquainted with how this whole process works!

Some of us do participate a lot. There are also a lot of members who are registered and have never participated on this forum other than the day they registered. Hopefully, some members who registered "way back when" will somehow think of this site again and check it out. I have been a member since March and I am still confused regarding some of the features on this site. If you click on "resources" at the top and click on "F&Q" and then scroll down to the bottom, you will see some other options you can click on regarding most asked questions and answers to them - hope this helps a bit. ...but if you still are having some troubles, which most of us do from time to time, I am assuming those questions should be directed to Stephen, but I am not really sure??

I have a friend who recently joined on my recommendation and doesn't understand how to reply to messages and is worried about doing something "wrong". I'm a little techy but I have never belonged to a forum before and had a hard time - still do, figuring things out. I've asked a couple of the regulars for info and they've been great about helping me. It could be that there are folks who may not know how to do things and so are just "watching" and not able to participate.
