I feel like maybe I am being too picky. I'm just worried because I really want a red and white one with a great personality. Am I being too picky with the color?

Anywho... any advice would be appreciated, or if you know of a breeder in my area.

My husband and I just got our first corgi 2 weeks ago and she is soo adorable! Her name is Puka, as in the puka shell and we love her to pieces. I was just wondering if it was normal for her to have runny eyes. Like they tear up I guess. Right under the eye like it appears to be wet. The liquid isn't a weird color, its clear. Im just worried I guess, that she might be sick. Even though she's been to the vets twice already, seen by both of the vets there, and they both said that shes in good health. So I don't know what it is.

Sorry Im new, if you couldn't tell, so if Im repeating a previous post sorry. If anyone knows anything please let me know, me and my husband would really appreciate it. Thanks!

idk what shots my pup has had. advice?

i feel incredibly stupid and partially swindled in a way but thats aside the point.

here we go. i got a corgi puppy recently, i was told it is 17 weeks old - i would say it probably is. i was also told it had shots on the 7th - which to me would imply that it has been taken care of - as in it had gotten its shots as it should have up to this point.

however after i got the puppy i realized i completely forgot to ask what vet they had so i could call and get the info i would need for our vet. or .. whatever the process is for that.

so, i have emailed and texted this person with no reply for 2 or 3 days and im a little worried the dog possibly wasnt taken care of (although they did seem like genuine people - and i could tell she really loved the pup)

SO! i am curious for YOUR advice - what can i do from here on that makes the most sense. do i take the time to call every vet around that persons home ( i think there might be 8-10 ish or more if i call further away. i already looked and there wasnt one directly in their town/city) in hopes that they can figure it out based on the name they gave the dog and a description or.. do i need to start over with the very first shots and go from there. or is there a test they can do on him to find out what he has had perhaps? im not very experienced with puppies - so sorry if thats a really stupid question.

also - shot wise, if i do have to start over with puppy shots - do i have to wait for a specific one before he can get fixed or is that ok to do anytime now since his is within the 4 -6 month range?

he seems healthy and happy so i hope that perhaps the person has just been extra busy? although i doubt that thats the case.

please help me out here, im not sure what my options are. i hope i dont sound like a complete idiot (although it was idiotic for me to not ask in the first place)

thanks, you have been very helpful so far!

I just wanted to know at what age did everyone start teaching their dog's to go up and down the stairs?
I've read one here that you should wait a year or at least 6 months? Crash is 3 months and has been going up the stairs. He is not physically big enough to go down them yet (He just barks in frustration when he can't follow me down them.)
