I bought her ear drops to treat the problem and have been trying to clean them as much as possible, but every time I do so, she nips, yelps and acts like I'm trying to hurt her. It's been almost impossible to put the drops in, but when I can maneuver doing so, they've been getting better, minus her still scratching, since I'm probably not getting the drops in as well as I should be. Is there any way I can get Kaia to calm down when i do this? I've tried letting her sniff the bottle, giving her treats in between, and even waiting a few days to do it again.
