I was thinking the same thing - everyone could post videos of Corgis talking - of course we would all have to be on the ball and have our cameras ready for just the right moments

I forgot to mention Rhys's "chewbacca" sounds. He usually makes these when he is up on the bed with me before going to sleep and I am "roughing him up" a little...does that make sense? Rubbing his belly, messing with his ears, tapping him on the nose...things that bug him but not really?

Too funny Tana - Jackie sounds exactly like Chewbacca when she talks too! She does it a lot in the morning, when she is going through her yawn & stretch routine, and also when she is trying to get attention (mainly because it works, I would assume - people think that's SO CUTE, and I agree!).

Mazie has quite a large bark for a little girl - she reminds me of a German Shepard.

And she enjoys her bark too , there is always an occasion for her to use it...squirrels in the backyard, her own reflection in the patio door, a piece of furniture out of place - you name it and she will bark at it.

And she talks to my husband and me every morning when waking up and during playtimes at night.

And recently she has started to "nose-butt" us...it is the cutest thing - if she is not getting enough attention, she takes her nose and drives it into the side of my leg with a sharp poke. It is quite a surprise if I am engrossed in a movie or television show. That is usually followed with a bark too!

Zia has a really high pitched bark. She will bark at all of us, including Zip, if we are not giving her any attention. She will especially bark at Zip if he is playing with a toy that she wants. I am working on trying to get her to quit barking because sometimes it goes on and on and on.

Milo has a great big dog bark when someone knocks on the door! People are often surprised to see a little Corgi...they think I have a big German Shepard. He doesn't bark a whole lot. He does a lot of what I call token barking...that huffy puffy sound. The funniest is when he is sleeping on the sofa and thinks he hears something, he opens one eye and does the token bark. Lazy.
He whines a lot and talks even more. He makes a funny yodeling sound too, it kills me, I wish I could record it. He is not allowed to bark at the cat so he gets around that by talking very softly and even barking softly, which comes out as more of a "yip." He never barks at other dogs when we are out in public, even if they are going crazy and barking at him. Once in awhile if someone walks by the yard he will let out a low growl. Corgis are very vocal!
