Believe it or not Linda, but I am now shopping for a stroller for the chipmunks. Jane - I yahooed, searched for corgi standards and it came up. I will try to go back and post it for you. It had great pics and easy to understand. I am not good at links. Thank you so much for saying that Dale is cute. I really like the markings on his face and I am getting excited. We should bring him home in about 3 weeks. He will be eight weeks old.

Love the photo of the Chipster in the "buggy" - we call them that too - way up here in Canada!!!
I'm sure you will have a lot of fun getting ready for Dale's homecoming. Lots of baby toys to buy, treats, etc. and puppy-proofing again!!! A tip - I puppy proofed for the trouble Riley and Rupert got into as babies - then Jemma decided to find new things to do that the others didn't. Like chewing on furniture legs!!

Dale looks absolutely adorable! I am sure you are super excited!
On a side note: We call them shopping carts here in Illinois too. I, like corgimom, was picturing Chip riding in style in a little baby buggy. |

With AKC, you don't. But don't worry about it either. "Chip has a deeper x type markings on his back - is this his saddle markings? We really need a corgi markings 101 class." Sounds like that would be them. We might do a class at the TN picnic then. ![]() Debbie |

Thanks Debbie for giving jane the link. I need to pay closer attention when I am searching for something - but then the phone rings and I get sidetracked. I will look forward to our corgi markings 101 class.

ear taping
Thought you all may enjoy this pic of Dale after he got his little ear taped. He sure doesn't look like a happy camper. Poor baby. We laughed when we seen this. Looks like we have another sulker.

Yeah, we call 'em buggies down here in Texas too. Well, I will have to say the greeters in Walmart ask if we want a buggy when we walk in the door. Although I haven't been in a Walmart in a long time.

Congratulations Bonnie! Dale is a cutie-pie, and he sounds like a good fit for Chip (who, I am sure, would not like some little whippersnapper coming into his house and pushing him around!). This is so exciting!!!
Keep those pics coming!!

I talked with the breeder last night and both of Dale's little ears are up. She has been sending me pics regularly. She said that he is still sweet and cuddly and she thinks he is exactly what I am looking for. He is almost 6 weeks old and mom is starting to wean them. She also told me the one little male that I had been considering is still the litter bully. She said that she walked into the room yesterday and one little pup was just a crying - the little bully was a biting on the pup. I hope it wasn't my lil Dale. I didn't dare ask - I would have been on my way back to KY
to rescue poor lil Dale. I will try to post some pics over the weekend.
