Short legs and low center of gravity !! - 01-15-2007, 08:46 PM

A short video of Bailey playing with a larger dog. At the end he shows how easy it is for him to out maneuver and outsmart the bigger dog.
There are a few other Bailey videos available from that page too. We have a great fenced in dog park avaliable to us. Lots of friends for Bailey.

Very cute video. I really love the way Bailey sneaks in and steals that half a toy from the other dog, smart corgi!

I love the "follow me!" run.

They turn so quickly, it's fun to watch these dogs w/ long legs fumble to keep up.

Tuck plays w/ our neighbor's doberman. On ice (when the lake freezes over) it's a hoot to watch them. The dobie just is so gangly on ice and Tuck is pretty smooth.

Cute Video...Bailey looks so adorable at the end. It's like, "I'm sorry I fooled you like that, Now gimme kiss and let's make up!"

I can now see another reason a small dog is good for herding. They can change direction and speed up and slow down better than a bigger animal. Not much top speed, but it's not needed often.

At times there are 20 dogs all playing happily together. I'll see if I can catch that with the camera some day. It's amazing. There is a female Corgi puppy that howls as she chases Bailey around, it's funny.
