Deb,

I have to agree with Colcolt. I checked out your new Dogster video and what talent that Rupert has throwing that ball back to you. Way too cute.

That Rupe is one handsome, talented devil.

My former boss has a Maltese that TEACHES PEOPLE to play fetch. She'll pick up her pacifier and bring it to you, drop it in your lap, and wait. If you don't catch on, she picks it up and throws it herself. Then she goes and gets it, brings it back, and the cycle repeats until you wise up and start throwing it for her.

I saw the video of Rupert and Jemma, first of all the area that they were playing in is beautiful. Rupert throwing the ball is amazing, he is very talented. Back to the subject of this thread frapping. My daughters American bulldog did this run in a figure 8 just about every evening and we called it her crack run. When we got Maxi and he was home with us a few days he took off at full speed and ran from the living room through the kitchen through the dining room, back into the living room around the coffee table and then back through the dining room, kitchen and living room around the coffee table and repeat. He did this for several minutes then stopped in the dining room for a drink and walked in the living room with a look on his face as if to say, that was fun now a rest. We were amazed and called our daughter to tell her that Maxi also did the crack run, this was before we knew about the phenomenon called frapping, it is an event in our house, with Maxi and Madjai (American Bulldog) leading the pack and the Wolf and Chihuahua following close behind. When this happens get out of the way because they will run you down. It is so fun to watch. Frapping is the greatest entertainment.

In Dobermans, it's called "The Zoomies" - they usually get The Zoomies after baths and at random times of the day... but mostly after baths!
I refer to it as "zoomies" with my two also. I'll have to view the video at home this evening...I can't acess it at work!
