Grief and Emotions

First of all I want to apologize to everyone for overreacting to yesterday's posts. It will be one year on the 18th that I lost Digger and one year previously that I lost Aladdin so my emotions are running wild and the grief has come back in full force. I guess it has been building for the past week or so anyway I will make it through this month but it will be very hard for me so please forgive me if I overreact or seem touchy.

Thanks

Hi, From one who has lost a child and many pets over the years, I understand that certain times of the year trigger many emotions. We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

That's totally understandable Bonnie, no apologies necessary.

Oh Bonnie, I do understand, and know how hard those anniversaries really are. I just passed my clinton's 2 yr anniversary of when he went to the bridge and it was a really tough day for me but not as bad as his one year anniversary- i spent the week before anticipating it and the week of grieving all over again, so i really do understand. Try to let some of the wonderful and happy memories of your babies bring you some comfort at this time...

Bonnie, I know how sad it is to lose two so close together. And anniversaries are so hard. You are surrounded by friends who understand. Hugs and stuff.

Oh Bonnie, we all know and understand what you're going through. Please know how much we care, I know I was so upset that I had hurt your feelings yesterday.

You can talk to us anytime - no one is judging you.

Bonnie ~ I know what emotions you are going through. Next month will be the 2nd anniversary of Fabian's (my siamese cat) death, and then in July I will have to deal with the 1st anniversary of Kalli and Frosty's deaths. I know I'll be an emotional wreck. Lots of love to you from all of us.

Bonnie

I missed the posts but knowing most everyone here I am sure no one meant to hurt your feelings. The bad thing about message boards are we cant see the concern on each others face or hear the "tone" of our voices. It's good we are comfortable enough with one another if we do step on one another's toes we can make up still be friends. We all have our bad times and I hope you are feeling better.

Cindy - I hope you are doing OK now too, have missed your posts

Hi Bonnie....I'm so sorry for your loss!!!! What a difficult thing to deal with in life, losing a loved one! The pain is really never far from our minds and does seem to re-surface at times. I still have a very difficult time dealing with my parent's death. I hope that you feel better soon! ((((((HUGS))))) Dena
