And if you will notice this is not a forum of breeders - lots of educated owners, but not that many breeders. And I DID refer you to where you could find the answers. I don't think Pembrokes are among the breeds involved in the CHIC (that's CHIC, not "CHICK") program and off the top of my head I don't remember the list of tests that was proposed to be included. As Barbara suggested, check the AKC page. You're also on Pem-L, lot more breeders and Breeders there than on here, so why not ask there as well?

"She may NOT be the best dog but I will find that out ALL on my own." Many of us have been down this path before and when being confronted by someone who demands all the answers and then throws in "I'll find out on my own" or "I have to do things my way" or "I have to learn from my own mistakes," well sorry, it isn't endearing and not the best means of soliciting help or being taken seriously. Threats aren't going to win you anything but what you've encountered - road blocks and closed doors. Besides, weren't you the one who said you knew what you were up against and were willing and ready to take it on? Welcome to the Corgi world.

At what age could I get her CERFed and VwD.ed? I know I have to wait till after 2yrs to get her hips and elbows evaluated.
CERF can be done in puppyhood, needs to be repeated annually if the dog is being bred. vWD - any age.

I'm going to get even more annoying if I don't get answers people. I'm serious here..... (Dang I'm feeling onery today ) I don't think it's a crime if you dont' know, I just think it's rude to not tell if you do know.
Well you know if you would go to the appropriate forum(s) to ask the questions, answers might be more forthcoming. Even as sporadically as you've posted, I don't see that any of your questions have been ignored here. Not everyone who might have the answers is available everyday or they might not get down to your post or lots of reasons why your questions may not get the answers you want. And I find it rather curious as to why a couple of forum members who don't have any particular interest in what you are so invested in were able to come up with sites and suggestions to refer you to that would offer substantive information.

I have found out that I'm wrong on the numbers. The correct numbers are 3 litters in one year or 7 times in a lifetime.

Also, anyone can DNA test/profile any dog at any time.

Peggy (And thanks for the correct information! )

Is your dog registered with the appropriate canine council.
I am unsure about where you are.. and the rules there... but in Australia your corgi must be registered on the main register with the relevant canine council (not limited register) and entire to be able to be shown.

Why not call your canine council in your state/country?
Go Corgi is an international site.. the rules are difference everywhere.
The corgi breed standard is even different in different countries..
