At what age could I get her CERFed and VwD.ed? I know I have to wait till after 2yrs to get her hips and elbows evaluated.

CERF can be done in puppyhood, needs to be repeated annually if the dog is being bred. vWD - any age.

I'm going to get even more annoying if I don't get answers people. I'm serious here..... (Dang I'm feeling onery today ) I don't think it's a crime if you dont' know, I just think it's rude to not tell if you do know.

Well you know if you would go to the appropriate forum(s) to ask the questions, answers might be more forthcoming. Even as sporadically as you've posted, I don't see that any of your questions have been ignored here. Not everyone who might have the answers is available everyday or they might not get down to your post or lots of reasons why your questions may not get the answers you want. And I find it rather curious as to why a couple of forum members who don't have any particular interest in what you are so invested in were able to come up with sites and suggestions to refer you to that would offer substantive information.

I am unsure about where you are.. and the rules there... but in Australia your corgi must be registered on the main register with the relevant canine council (not limited register) and entire to be able to be shown.

Why not call your canine council in your state/country?
Go Corgi is an international site.. the rules are difference everywhere.
The corgi breed standard is even different in different countries..
