Question Peeps Problems

Ok...so the first puppy (Huw) was super easy to potty train. He was even on the right track to letting us know when he has to go outside. Now, we have the second one (Haf), and boy oh boy things are much harder. I've never gone through so much Kids N' Pets!!! First off, she doesn't seem to have to pee as often as Huw did, so when we go outside, she just sits there. I hate staying out too long with them, I don't want them to get the idea that every time we come out, we just get to sniff around and play. So I'm constantly in and out, in and out waiting for them to do their business. Huw have even regressed some in his potty training, and actually peed in the house last night, right on top of some spilled beer. Makes no sense. Another issue we are having with the Haf-a-lump, is she eats her poop (coprophagia). Not all the time, but sometimes. We have been giving her Deter, and I guess it seems to help, but the whole peeing/pooping the house is getting out of control. It's miserable wet out here right now, but they don't mind the rain (I do hate standing in it though at 6:00am).

I guess I'm just searching for some answers on how to really step up the potty training. Huw is nearing 7 months, and she is about 4 months. We got Haf when she was about 3 months, so I know that hindered some of our progress by about 3 weeks. They are both getting fixed on March 16, and she has even been checked out for a UTI and treated with Clavamox for her symptoms.

Any help you guys can give me would be great. I'm also thinking of getting a small cow bell for the front door to help them let us know they need to go outside. Positive reinforcement is used when they go potty outiside (a small piece of kibble), and when they do not potty, they don't get anything.

Thanks all

I have only housebroken one dog ( Dillon) and the way i did it was consistant times for meals, crating when not being able to watch ( meaning keep him in my sight every momet) taking him out often. I trained him to ring a bell to go out to potty. He was so easy to train. I would be happy to tell you how i did it if you decide that is the way you are going to go...
