Our house has Bruce Hardwood floors and the dogs are scratching it bad. It's not too noticable usually, but when I clean it every few weeks the scratching is really noticable. Oh, well. It's worth it for the love they give us. We have rugs and runners in lots of places, but there's too much hardwood and what's the point of hardwood anyway if you just cover it all up?
