The Devil Made Me Do It

I just walked into my living room and thought, hey, when did I get that Corgi statue?

Although you may not have to worry about your Corgi clearing off your countertops, they apparently can hover up to coffee table tops!!!

It always amazed me how a cat could jump up on a table with china tea cups on it and never touch a one. Dogs, however, usually scatter everything on the table. Of course, you've got most all you need on the table-a lovely Jemma, SanDisk memory card, remote and hair brush. All that's missing is a baloney sandwich and a glass of iced tea!

I forgot what chow hounds Corgis can be. Dud must be part southern to like iced tea. I remember going to Connecticut once and went into a restaurant. I knew they'd have trouble with my Southern accent so I let my ex-wife order for me (she was originally from Auburn, NY). Well, she forgot the tea so, I had to call the waitress back. I then asked for tea. She brought me "hot" tea!! I looked puzzled and told her to throw some ice cubes in it. Hot tea with a plate of fish?

Chip's coffee table diet is the remote to the TV or anything else he can steal - he has destroyed two so far.

Deb & Bonnie ~ Those pictures are really cute. We don't have a coffee table, but Zia will drink out of our glasses on the end table between our two chairs.

Love the Corgi statues I am lucky Buta is not a "jumper" she rarely even goes on the sofas. I would have to consider getting a sturdy coffee table if she starts doing that....
