Bonnie, Dillon started using the kind of harness that Colcort posted in his thread when he was about 4 months old...then i bought a new one when he was about 11 months old as he grew out of his old one! IT works pretty well but not for long long trips, only around town driving...the longest i have taken him in that harness in the car is about 1 1/2 ride- he can lay down in the seat wearing it so he is comfy.
