Thanks for sharing. If I didn't know better, I'd swear it was Zia! She does the "whining" when she doesn't want to go to sleep.

Yeah, Lady does the yawn thing all the time. She hardly ever doesn't make a noise when yawning. The elephant thing is something she has never done. Aren't all Corgi noise mean "Hey pay attention to me."? Lady is so jealous when I pay attention to one of the cats and not her. She'll chase them away if she can. Its funny too when I hug the girlfriend, she gets mad as well. She'll come up to us (if we are sitting down) and she'll bite her hands and stuff. She won't bite me though. It's always her for some reason. Seeing videos like this really reenforces my feelings about Corgis being the best dogs in the world.

Because of the dire slow dial-up, I don't generally do You-tubes, but let this one load because of all the recommendations. I was watching it and Rosie came to see what all the barking and whining was about. She got up on my knee and watched too, with her head going one way, then the other. She growled back as well, so that corg musta said something bad to her...

What a cute video! Toby sat here with me and watched. He does the yawn thing and then adds a grumble after, especially when he thinks he's not getting enough attention.

Thanks for sharing that video - it was laugh-out-loud funny to me... !

Mazie does about every shown here, except the elephant one. And she has the pathetic whine down to a "T" especially when she is tired and fighting sleep.

Just a quick memory - re the elephant noise. Mouse used to have this thing, that whenever we got into the car, she would always, but always, lean over and "flhurrumpfh" into the ear of the last person to get into the car. Didn't matter if it was one or five getting in - she would climb over laps to do it, and exhale with her mouth closed and the the cheeks puffed out just like the corg doing the elephant-noise in the vid.
