That's exactly the term I would use as well Linda. It sure does sound like she ditched you to go off and do something else without even a call or email to say plans had changed. She did know you were driving 2 hours, right? Sounds rather inconsiderate to me, and I am angry on your behalf.

And here you were - worried about her!

I wish you lots of luck finding a more responsible, considerate person to work with, and lots of "good puppy vibes" also. Your daughter is quite a cutie, and I would hate to see her disappointed again.

I'm in shock Mrs. Grace. It was basically rude to not call you when you agreed to meet. I now call before going if I don't know the person well and want to be sure we understood the time. That wouldn't have prevented the disappointment though. At least have a good excuse, like car trouble or health etc., growl, I don't like inconsiderate people.

Remind me are you are looking for a cardi or pem?

I'm looking for a pem. You're looking for a cardi, yes?

I decided not to get upset about this. It obviously didn't bother her any that she didn't call and she "missed me", so why should I let it bother me? What energies I have would be better spent on finding another breeder and enjoying my daughters first night in a "big girl" bed. It's going to be a long night I think...

Yes, we have reservations on a cardi - litter to be born April 12.

Great attitude, if it wasn't meant to be, then there is a better breeder out there for you. We didn't find a breeder in our locale as good as AZ and decided AZ was worth the drive and my son is older so the drive won't be hard for him either. Now that we have seen photos of the parents, we couldn't be happier.

Have fun looking for that bunny butt puppy.

I hope your daughter has wonderful dreams in her big girl bed. How exciting for you both.

Merrie

Congrats on your new puppy!! (the prospect is always exciting!)

I'm sure we'll be driving quite a farther way to find another breeder.

My daughter had a rough time getting to bed tonight. Her routine was changed unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control, so she was already kind of off due to that. (she is also potty training!! So we had to get up twice during story time to use it!! ) But now she is in dream land and I hope she has a peaceful first night in her bed.
